Your clinic's app is fully branded to you. Patients see your logo, your colours and your clinic name throughout. This article walks through every screen they land on, so you know exactly what your members experience from the moment they open the app.
Patients download an app called Clinic App from the App Store or Google Play, the same app used by every clinic on the platform. Once a patient joins your clinic with your QR code or join link, everything they see inside switches to your branding: your logo, your colours, your clinic name, your treatments and your rewards. To your patients, it looks and feels like your app.
The home screen
When a patient opens the app, the first thing they see is your branding. The home screen shows:
- Your clinic logo at the top
- A welcome message with the patient's first name
- Their current points balance, displayed prominently
- Their membership tier (e.g. Gold Member, VIP, or whatever you've named it)
- A summary of upcoming offers or rewards they can act on
The colour scheme, button styles and any hero image all reflect the branding you've set up in your dashboard. It looks like an app you built yourself.
Treatments tab
This tab shows your full treatment menu. Patients can browse every service you've added to the dashboard, see a description and price, and tap to book.
Tapping a treatment opens your booking system (Timely, Cliniko or Fresha, depending on what you use). The app does not handle booking directly. It links patients through to your existing system so nothing changes in how appointments are managed.
- Treatments are organised in the order you set in the dashboard
- You control which treatments appear and which are hidden
- Patients can tap any treatment to read more detail before booking
Rewards tab
This is where patients see what they can redeem their points for. Every reward you've added to your rewards library appears here with its points cost.
Patients can browse available rewards and tap to redeem. When they redeem, a notification appears in your dashboard so reception can process it at the appointment.
Points are never earned on, or redeemed against, prescription injectables. They apply to skincare, retail and non-prescription services only. See What you can and can't reward.
Membership tab
This tab gives each patient a full view of their membership. They can see:
- Their current tier and the benefits it includes
- Next billing date and the amount that will be charged
- Membership start date
- Option to upgrade if you offer multiple tiers
- Manage or cancel their membership
If a patient wants to cancel, they can do it here without contacting your clinic. This is by design. It reduces admin for your team and keeps the experience clean.
Offers tab
Any active offers you've sent show up here. This includes both one-time promotions you've pushed manually and automated offers like birthday rewards or milestone bonuses.
Expired offers drop off automatically so the tab only ever shows what's currently redeemable.
Digital membership card
Every member has a digital membership card inside the app, under their membership. It shows:
- Your clinic logo
- The patient's name and membership tier
- Their current points balance, always up to date because it lives in the app
- A QR code your team scans at reception to bring up the patient's profile
Apple Wallet passes are in progress and will be switched on clinic by clinic once ready. There is no Google Wallet integration. See Wallet passes for the full detail.
