- They come back more often, because they have value waiting for them.
- You get a revenue base you can count on before the month starts.
Keep it simple to start
Our strongest advice: launch with one paid tier, plus a free tier if you want one. Simple scales, fancy fails. Too many tiers confuse both your patients and your staff. Once it is working, you can add more.
Pricing it
Set the monthly price a little below the value a member receives each month. That way joining clearly saves them money and introduces them to more of your services. A common approach is to price it just under one regular treatment.
