Your dashboard tour

Your dashboard is where you run everything in your app. Here is what each area does.

Home

Your day-to-day overview: the headline numbers (net revenue, MRR, active members, app users), a "here's your day" briefing, and a tasks ribbon flagging anything that needs attention, like priority booking requests or payment issues. Owner/agency only — managers and front-desk staff land on Client Profiles or Front Desk instead.

Front Desk

The checkout workstation reception uses every day: find a patient by scanning their QR, searching, or typing their member code, then log a treatment in a short guided flow. This is also where priority booking requests and near-miss Timely bookings show up.

Client Profiles

Your full patient roster and each patient's profile: points, clinic cash, membership, treatment history, notes and tags. Add a walk-in patient, adjust a balance (owner-only), or manage a membership from here.

Reports

Your key numbers — revenue, points, shop, memberships, retention, treatments and referral attribution — viewable combined or by location, with a downloadable PDF and CSV. Owner only.

Memberships

Your membership tiers and performance: MRR, active members, the member list, and the tier editor where you set price, perks and colours for each plan. See How memberships work to set yours up.

Campaigns

Push campaigns you send yourself, plus automated campaigns that send themselves: a recall ladder that nudges patients as they lapse, and a birthday message toggle. See Birthday and automated campaigns.

Content

Your full treatment menu, offers and education content: names, prices, photos and descriptions. See Adding and editing treatments.

App Builder

Your biggest configuration surface: branding (logo, colours, photos), locations, and loyalty & rewards (your reward menu and points economy). See Building your rewards library.

Settings

Team and access, clinic contact details, Stripe payments, your custom URL, report recipients and your activity log.

Prescription (S4) treatments are handled a little differently everywhere above: their name and price are compliance-locked and can't be edited, and they always earn zero points — that is a fixed rule, not a per-patient decision.

A quick tip

Changes you make here update your app for patients straight away. When in doubt, message us in your WhatsApp group before a big change.
