Building your rewards library

Your rewards library is the set of items patients can redeem their points on. You choose exactly what goes in it, so you stay in control of your margins and your compliance.

How to build it

  1. In the dashboard, go to App Builder → Loyalty & rewards, "Your reward menu" section.
  2. Add the items you are happy to offer as rewards: skincare, retail products, facials, peels, device treatments, consultations and non-prescription services. A photo makes each reward card more tempting — every reward's photo is editable, including the built-in ones.
  3. Set the points cost of each reward (remember points are worth a simple fixed dollar value set with your clinic at onboarding, for example 10 points = $1, so price it against the item's real value).
  4. Keep the list focused. A handful of desirable rewards works better than a long, confusing list — anything you don't want live can stay in your menu but be switched off from showing to patients, rather than deleted.

What can go in the library

Anything that is not a prescription treatment. Skincare and retail, facials and peels, skin needling, LED, energy and laser devices, consultations and skin analysis.

What must never go in the library

  • Anti-wrinkle injections, dermal fillers, or any prescription (S4) treatment.
  • Gift cards.

This is not optional. It is the rule that keeps you compliant. See What you can and can't reward.

How it stays safe

The library is a closed, approved list. Rewards do not appear automatically from your service menu; you add them deliberately, which is what keeps prescription treatments out of it.
