How points work

Points are your loyalty currency. They are simple on purpose, so patients always know what they have.

The basics

  • A simple, fixed dollar value. Points are worth a fixed amount that is set with your clinic at onboarding (for example, 10 points = $1). Clear and easy to understand.
  • Patients earn points when they spend on non-prescription services and retail.
  • They redeem points from your rewards library.
  • Some clinics choose to offer a welcome gift of points when a patient joins; it is optional, not automatic.
  • Points last 12 months and never convert to cash.

How patients earn

  • On spend: a set number of points per dollar on non-prescription services and retail.
  • Welcome gift (optional): if your clinic chooses to offer one, a one-time bonus on joining.
  • Monthly grant: paid members receive points each month as part of their membership.
  • Bonus points (optional): some clinics also switch on a scan bonus, a review bonus, or a referral bonus, which top up points on those actions too.

Beyond spend and monthly grants, patients can also pick up points from those optional welcome, scan, review and referral bonuses wherever your clinic has them switched on — but never from booking a treatment or filling in a survey.

How patients redeem

Patients redeem points against the items in your rewards library, which you control. Redeeming a reward unlocks the option to book it; clinical suitability is still confirmed by your team.

Compliance

Points are never earned on, or redeemed against, prescription injectables. They apply to skincare, retail and non-prescription services only. See What you can and can't reward.
